✦ NO CATCH ✦
A small family doing this carefully
You are handing us a picture of your child. Here is exactly what happens to it.
Their photo is never stored
The photo you upload to build a hero is used once, in memory, to paint the illustration — then it is gone. We never write it to disk, we keep no face crop and no facial measurements of a child, and nothing your child's photo touches is ever used to train AI. Read the policy.
Printed in Maryland
Your hardcover is printed and bound by a family-run press in Maryland, not a bulk overseas drop-shipper. Thick, coated pages and a real hardcover board — a book that survives being loved.
Family-run, and you can reach us
Enchantably is a small family business. The person who replies to support@enchantably.com is the person who built this. No call centre, no ticket queue.
Money-back guarantee
You see the first pages painted before you pay anything. After that, you review the finished book and can ask for a full refund any time before you approve it — and if you never approve it, we refund you automatically at 30 days. The terms.

✦ GOOD TO KNOW ✦
Questions, answered
How are winners chosen?+
Every time 25 more families confirm their entry, we draw one winner at random from everyone who has entered and has not won yet. Each chance you hold is one ticket in that draw, so the more families join, the more books we give away.
Do I have to buy anything?+
No. Entering is free, and a purchase is never required. The bonus chances that come with an order are also available free: email support@enchantably.com with the subject "Giveaway bonus entries" from the address you entered with.
What does the winner get?+
A gift code for one personalized printed hardcover storybook, with US shipping included. You make the book yourself: your photos, your child, your story.
When will I know?+
Winners are emailed within 7 days of each draw and have 14 days to reply. If a winner does not reply, we draw again.
What happens with my email?+
We use it to confirm your entry, tell you if you win, and send occasional Enchantably news and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we never sell your address.
What happens to the photo I upload?+
Building a hero uses the photo once, in memory, to paint an illustrated character, and then it is gone. We never save a child's photo, we keep no facial measurements, and nothing from it is used to train AI. What we keep is the artwork.
How do you check the Instagram follow?+
Instagram gives us no way to confirm a follow automatically, so we ask for your username and check it against our followers by hand before each draw. Chances claimed with a username that is not following, or is not a real account, are removed.
No purchase necessary. A purchase does not improve your chances beyond what is available free. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 or older. Void where prohibited. See the Official Rules. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
